Sydney - 6 Month Milestone

This was my second session with sweet Sydney, and it was just as delightful as the first. This precious girl is such a happy baby, and it was so fun to see her tackling new milestones since the last time I had seen her. She rolled over, kicked and giggled, and even let us prop her up in a sitting position for a few seconds. And I always love capturing a few images of her with her doting parents as well; it's so adorable to see their interactions together. I was especially honored that Sydney's mom Julia asked me to capture a few pictures while Sydney nursed. This was my first time photographing a nursing session, and I have to say those are some of my favorite images from this session. The sweet innocence of that special bond between mother and child is so apparent in these pictures, and I know they will treasure them for years.

(Side note: If you're a nursing mama, get someone to take pictures of you nursing your babes; I didn't, and these precious images--shared with Julia's permission--make me wish I had!)
