The Brays (and Family) - Family Session

There is something so special about photographing multiple generations together, especially when a precious little baby is involved, which is why I was so excited when Tara asked me to photograph her family while her parents, brother, and sister-in-law were all in town for Thanksgiving! There was so much to love about Tara's family--their kindness to each other and to me, the way her mom and dad looked at each other with such affection and admiration, the excitement on her brother and sister-in-law's faces as they await their new addition, the adoration of two tickled grandparents, and the love among Bill, Tara, and sweet, smiley Parker! They just exude joy in each image, and I so enjoyed capturing and editing these pictures of this lovely family!

And I feel like I just can't write this blog post without saying a huge thank you to Bill and Tara for the way they love and serve our church family! My family and I are so thankful to be a part of Charlottesville Community Church, where Bill is one of the pastors. It's a place where the Bible is taught thoroughly, the Gospel is presented constantly, and love and grace abound among its members. We have only attended there a little over three years, but they have been three truly life-changing years for us, and while God gets the glory for that, it has certainly also happened because of the heart and dedication of our leadership. So thank you, Bill and Tara, for your commitment to our church family. We are so grateful for you!
